Investigation FAQ’s

  • Are All Your Investigators Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina?

Yes. We are all licensed in both states. Several states have reciprocal agreements with Georgia; however, the investigation must originate in the licensee’s home state.

  • Can You Secretly Record a Conversation That You Are Not a Party to?

No. This is a violation of the law. In some states, you can secretly record a conversation as long as you are a part of the conversation. The law regarding one party consent differs from state to state. Georgia law permits the recording as long as you are part of the conversation.

  • How Long Does a Typical Investigation Last?

Every investigation is different. Some investigations can be completed in a couple of days while others can take months. We try to work all our cases in a timely manner but have no control on when the information or evidence we are attempting to gather becomes discoverable.

  • What Can I Expect When the Investigation Is Completed?

We will provide you with a detailed written report as well as any photographs and video obtained during the investigation.
