Investigation FAQ’s

Are all your investigators licensed in Georgia and South Carolina?
Yes. We are all licensed in both states. Several states have reciprocal agreements with Georgia; however the investigation must originate in the licensee’s home state.

Can you secretly record a conversation that you are not a party to?
No. This is a violation of the law. In some states you can secretly record a conversation as long as you are a party to the conversation. The law regarding one party consent differs from state to state. Georgia law permits the recording as long as you are part of the conversation.

How long does a typical investigation last?
Every investigation is different. Some investigations can be completed in a couple of days while others can take months. We try to work all our cases in a timely manner but have no control on when the information or evidence we are attempting to gather becomes discoverable.

What can I expect when the investigation is completed?
We will provide you with a detailed written report as well as any photographs and video obtained during the investigation.
